Family owned industrial and commercial builders since 1999.
Karloo Constructions was established in 1999 by Ian Hartland and has grown into one of South East Queensland’s trusted industrial and commercial builders.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, the company remains family owned and operated, with the next generation now leading projects alongside the founder. With over 30 years of industry experience, Ian continues to play a key role in the business while Corey and Elke Hartland bring a new focus on efficiency, systems and modern project delivery.
Together, the team combines decades of construction experience with a streamlined approach to delivering high-quality industrial and commercial buildings across the region.
